True Holiness

 True Holiness is not the way you dress or wear your hair.. 

True Holiness is  not trying your best to not do all the yucky stuff and trying your best to do all the good stuff .. 

that’s not holiness that’s the carnal man trying his best to live a separate-life for God through whichever list that he may come up with at the time. 

That kind of carnal holiness will only manifest  a whole lot  religious  pride, arrogance  and criticism of .. I’m glad I’m not like the others!  Because I don’t do this or that or I do this and that ., 

No!  True Holiness means to be set apart and the truth is that God has already divorced us from sin or set us apart from sin through the crucifixion of Christ and has already united us with God in Christ.. 

We have already been made Holy and Righteous In Christ. It’s a done deal .

We are now in the world, but not of the world we are a new creation in Christ. 

We have already been made Holy and righteous in Christ. 

This is not our doing but His .., no flesh will ever glory for what the Lord has already accomplished..

What God is saying is .. to acknowledge and embrace what has already been accomplished and then you will then see holiness manifest as fruit in and through your life. 

Be Holy id not a command to try and become by doing, but its a declaration of who God had already made you to be in Christ. 

In other words God is saying just Be who you are in me . 

Im Holy so now you are Holy .. 

The church is saved but is about to see the manifestation of salvation through the acknowledgment of the truth that’s in Christ.

God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin. 

Therefore, as the Scriptures say, "If you want to boast, boast only about the LORD." 1 Corinthians 1:30-31  Grace life Fellowship and Ministries
