Are you a Slave or Son ?

A mixed message of law and grace will only keep Gods people in bondage and Immaturity.
Many Christians are kept bound and blind because they are not hearing a clear message of grace, faith righteousness and the finished work of the cross.
Its very clear in scripture that as long as you are under the law then you are not free to be the son that God has called you to be.
The law is for slaves, not sons.
Before Christ came. We were like children; we were slaves to the basic spiritual principles of this world.
But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.
And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father.”
Now you are no longer a slave but God’s own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir. Gal 4:3-7
The Law also cuts the the life of Christ from flowing freely through our live.
For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ!
You have fallen away from God’s grace. Gal 5:4
To be cut off from Christ means that Christ may be in you, but its like He's not even there! In other words you are not benefiting from Christ's life that now lives in you..
The law cuts off the life of Christ from manifesting in and through your life.
Also to fall from grace does not necessarily mean to fall into sin, but to return to the law for righteousness. In other words you begin in grace but now you are relying more on your own self effort and commitment in order to maintain your right standing with God.
A mixture of Law and Grace is not good!
You cannot pour new wine into an old wineskin, neither can you ever mix the new covenant of grace with the old covenant law.
If you insist on keeping the law written on stone for righteousness then its an all or nothing deal.
You must keep it all .. or your condemned!
The only one that ever fulfilled the law was Christ and now the Law is fulfilled in those who do not strive in there own flesh to keep the law,but those who walk after the Spirit.
Romans 8:3-4
For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
